Business success, quality, health and safety, and environmental protection are equally important goals at FILTRATEC. As a matter of principle, however, safety is always at the very top of our list of priorities. And we are constantly optimising our work processes to ensure our company continues to enjoy long-term success. The environment and work safety are our two main priorities when we plan our projects and we are always guided by the latest technology.

Health and safety at work are two key cornerstones or our corporate policy. FILTRATEC was successfully certified in line with the SCC (Safety Certificate Contractors) internationally recognised occupational health and safety management system back in 1996.
Always top of the list: Health & Safety
Risk assessments are drawn up together with safety experts, supervisors, employees and the works council to identify possible health and safety risks in the workplace. These assessments involve identifying and evaluating possible risks associated with the various jobs as well as possible risks posed by the work equipment and any hazardous work materials (plus their potential impact on the environment) so that suitable protective measures can be drawn up and recorded.
Furthermore, project-related risk assessments are always carried out before an assignment to evaluate the tasks and associated risks. The relevant work instructions are then based on this assessment.

We believe it is essential that all employees are aware of just how important health and safety in the workplace is right from the start and that this subject is always there in the forefront of their minds when they are doing their job. This applies to all our staff – from teaching our young colleagues about the subject during their apprenticeship, to holding intensive training and onboarding sessions for our new employees, all the way through to putting on further training courses for our experienced employees and managers.
Our integrated quality and safety management system
FILTRATEC has been working with the chemical, petrochemical and steel manufacturing industries for many years now. We deliver our services on site at our customers’ locations. Both the quality of our work and our work safety measures are based on our integrated process-oriented management system. Health and safety are always at the very top of our list of priorities. FILTRATEC’s Integrated Management System (IMS) is used to manage and review all aspects involving quality, health and safety, and environmental protection.
